Well, the technician was great. My only issue was that he didn’t secure the tops back on the pipes outside. There’s dig up crap everywhere and it looks a mess. $1200 was a RIDICULOUS price. I probably got ripped off but I didn’t have time to shop around. Whatever. Not the technicians fault. They are way overpriced for simple jobs.
I had a time slot of 2pm-4om for a tech to come out...never happened or a call, if i had known i would not have called off work. By ME calling to check up on the status it was scheduled again 4pm-6pm and got a visit from Jaylyn who was very nice. Thank you for helping to solve the problem, i was so irritated! I still have faith though 😊
Alex was amazing! He came to our house and immediately knew what happened. I was also very surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly Alex was. I am also surprised that Mr. Rooter works with flood remediation and the flood remediation company has been wonderful! This is the first time that I have used Mr. Rooter and it won't be my last!
Staff are friendly and helpful
They did the job, but the way they left things wan't pretty. The "Not my job" attitude doesn't inspire confidence. If you don't have the skills to fix the problems you created, hire someone to fix it.
You broke my pipe and left it that way and then left me with no water. Your estimate was for 1377.00. I got another licensed plumber and he fixed everything for 300.00.
