Byron, the technician that came to my house, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done. He also completed the job promptly and neatly. Awesome job.

Explained my problem to them at 5 pm on a Saturday and someone was here about 9 am on a Sunday. Fixed my shower and I was very pleased with his work. Very pleasant, polite serviceman. The cost was reasonable and I am a happy customer. Would recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to anyone.
I had new plumbing pipes installed under my home last year. A couple of days ago I noticed one of the valves had broken and water was flowing everwhere. I called Mr. Rooter at 9:15am today and they had a technician to my home to fix the problem right away. Onoiva Tautolo AKA (OJ) arrived about 12:30 and the work was done by 1pm. OJ was very courteous and polite and showed me what parts was replaced along with the old parts. My service being under warranty was a plus. VERY SATISFIED! 😀👍🏾
We have had continuing issues with underground root issues and clean-out issues. They identified the problem quickly and within 2 days we have a complete new system to the city line and also have our family plumber service. I couldn't be happier and what a relief to not have the interior of the home flood 3 times a year!! Ecstatic thank you
Quoted me $17,000 and repeatedly pushed me to let them know in less than 24 hours if I wanted the work done, otherwise the price would be more. Got a second opinion and found that I didn't even need the repairs they were trying to sell me. Ended up having the repairs I actually needed done for $1,300.
Your service is the best. Kerwin Lacson was the technician who provided the service for us and he was not only very nice and polite but he performed the job very efficiently. Very timely.
