I will definitely call Mr. Rooter/Brooks again! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain everything so I could understand what our issue was. Highly recommend this company!!
Great service! Brooks was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommended, I won't use anyone else as long as they're around. The price was great too.
Jim B. was very professional and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and he took the time to talk about what repairs he did. He cleaned up everything. Then he let us know what needs to be done in the future. Good job!
Brooks was great. He was very friendly and professional. He got the job done quickly and made sure to take the extra time to be sure my problem was completely solved. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Brooks and Mr. Rooter plumbing and will definitely be calling again should I have another issue. Thanks!
Brooks was extremely professional and courteous. He got the job done quick and made sure to fully clean up the site to include the mess we had made trying to fix the problem ourselves. It's very much appreciated and will call your company in the future for any plumbing issues. Thanks again Brooks!
Brooks was extremely professional and was honest about the work that needed to be done. I have never had a plumber clean up as nicely as he did. He made sure everything was in order before leaving. Fantastic job.
Kyle was very professional (unlike other plumbers I've had) and worked the best deal for me. The price is rather high but I had to have a new commode installed because of my wife's knee operations where she couldn't use the commode in the lower level. Kyle worked his schedule to install the new commode today!
