They were hard working people that did a good job. They were very friendly.
I actually have two men show up. First Tony came to clear the pipes of tree roots but it turned out to be a really bad situation. He called and got instructions from T.J. Cobbins so he was able to proceed. Mr. Cobbins showed up and to my dismay, the tree roots had grown thru my pipes. Today they are replacing those pipes so that this will not happen again. Both men did a wonderful job and I would gladly recommend both of them.
My home needs to be roto-rooted about twice a year due to tree roots, and usually I rent a machine and do it myself, but due to surgery, I went in search of a potential servicer. I located Mr. Rooter and they not only had a coupon offer, but sent someone very quickly. They arrived within the hour and had the job done professionally with no more back-up and a free running drain. The man who showed up was friendly and punctual. He said I had a collapsed pipe under the basement floor and that is why my toilet was backing up. He said he would come do the work on the side so it wouldn't be as much as what his company charges. Ended up doing an emergency call to the guys we usually use and it was just a clogged toilet. If we would have went with mr rooter's guy it would have been $3000 of unnecessary money spent. It was a $90 fix. Just want people to beware before they spend that kind of money
Travis did an excellent job! He was prompt, friendly, and completed the job in a timely manner.
Fixed the wrong area even when he was told where to fix. Charged $200 to replace pipes in an area which did not need to be replaced. Wanted $300 more to install new plastic pipes in the area he was told to replace but didnt and now I still have a major leak and threw $200 down the drain. Travis need not seem very knowledgeable about the plumbing business. Please don't use Mr. Rooter if you value your money and time.
