We had a broken clay pipe for our water line and a plastic liner was being installed. We weren't told that the air compressor was going to go off loudly every five minutes all night long so we got no sleep. While running a camera through the line the next morning the tecs ripped the liner and had to dig up the yard and put in a pcv pipe. This left a huge mound of dirt in the back yard. RecommendedReally big plumbing job Done in a timely manner,everyone was so nice and helpful. We have used Mr Rooter several times and have found they are very professional and did a very good job.
Called Mr. Rooter out to clean out bathroom sink drain. They said they cleaned it out but who knows cause they broke my sink and figured it wasn't important enough to tell me. Call back the next morning and they said somebody would be out after 5 o'clock. I then waited for someone to show up and then the tech that was out called me to tell me that they wasn't coming. I talked to a supervisor and he said he would try to get someone out but would let me know and I heard nothing. I will never use or refer them to anyone!!
Called yesterday and waited all afternoon only to get a call saying they couldn't be here until this morning after 9 only to get a call about 4:45, wanting to reschedule for later in the week. A clogged sewer drain cannot wait that long.
Horrible! Left me waiting for 11 hours then told if they aren't here by 11 pm then they won't be coming because they only take emergencies after 12 pm. I made my appointment 2 days in advance only to be told four times that day how busy they were. I lost a days work because of this companies incompetence to schedule correctly. Then after I told the customer service person I had lost a days work she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule for a day that was better? Seriously!
