Called company about 9:45am, James came out within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem with my toilet. Very professional and very polite. Would recommend to everyone.

Our toilet overflowed in the basement. We called Mr. Rooter around 8:00 p.m. We were told someone would be at the house in about an hour. It was only 10 minutes later when James H. showed up. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. When his first try did not work, he explained what that meant, got a bigger motorized snake, and went to work again. We were celebrating my birthday at my mothers tonight when they started to experience some backup in the tub and toilets. After an unsuccessful attempt to fix the issue I made a call to your company and you had someone there within the hour. Robert showed up and was extremely friendly and helped us out. Your prices are extremely fair and we will definitely use your company for any future issues. Again thank you and tell Robert to share those cupcakes.
After numerous visits, we have finally come to an agreement with Aaron and Josh came to our house today to complete the solution to our freezing problem. Great job finally Josh. And thank you for moving things back in place. Have a wonderful weekend!
Don't get a water softener installed by Mr. Rooter in Kettering. Today was the 5th time they have been out since it was installed just over a year ago. the Technician tried to convince me that it is not supposed to use a "noticeable amount" of salt even though the last technician (supervisor) put 240 lbs in the brine tank in Oct. salt level hasn't dropped 1/8 of an inch since then --- I measured because it wasn't using salt before. Nice folks and very responsive to calls but not don't actually fix the problem.
I have been working for 24 hours to unclog toilet. Called and talked to a very nice lady. They were here for a few minutes and had it fixed. My favorite part was they were able to give me a price up front.
What a relief it was to find a plumbing business with 24 hour service and that did not charge extra because it was after hours. The first technician that came, TJ, was here less than an hour and found the problem right away. The main sewer line from the house had collapsed. That portion of sewer line had to be replaced. There were 3 technicians here the next day, a Sunday, to do the prep work and then here here on Monday and Tuesday to finish. All technicians were very nice and polite and worked very fast.
