Very prompt. Nice person. Did an estimate very quickly. Understood the problem. Work done quickly. Not in-expensive, but probably worth it .

Mr. Rooter was able to respond within 2.5 hours to our Sunday sewer back up. The tech worked diligently (had to snake 4 times) to clear the blockage and gave good advice on steps to take to be proactive in preventing future back ups. He cleaned up thoroughly and was very polite and professional. I would call Mr. Rooter again.

I thought the prices were rather high and they wouldn't give me a discount unless I bought a $99.00 Advantage Plan for which there did not seem much advantage except 15% off. The plumber they sent was courteous and paid special attention to the caulking around my new toilet but he put the new cartridge in my shower (to stop a leak) in upside down so that I only had cold water. They came immediately when I called though to fix the problem.

This review is not a 5 star because of the timeliness and poor communication on their part. I called the warranty company for our leaking water heater at 0800, 9/10/18 and was told that Mr Rooter would contact us within one business day. When I came back into town on the evening of 9/11, my husband said no one called. I called the warranty company at 0800, 9/12/18 and the supervisor had no idea why we weren't contacted and said he would call them and make sure someone from Mr Rooter would call us within 15 minutes. Very fast response and excellent plumber! Called at 9:30am for an appointment as soon as possible (we changed out a cartridge for a leaking shower head the night before, but couldn't get the bolt to stop flying off when we turned the water back on in the house - we had been without water since the evening before). Jay, the technician from Mr. Rooter, did a great job of fixing our slow draining bathtub. The receptionist, who was very polite and thoughtful, called to let me know that the technician was still working on another assignment and would be later than anticipated. They called again to notify me that he would arrive in about 10 - 15 minutes, and sure enough, he did! After assessing the problem, he gave me an estimate.
