Mr.Rooter showed up on time. They completed replacement of drainage pipes in a timely manner. They explained and kept me informed of all fazes of the work. They cleaned up very well as they finished the work. Im am very pleased with the job. I would recommend Mr.Rooter to others.

They arrived on time and were very polite. Being a little south of Columbus, had to wait on equipment to arrive from their main office. We signed up for the hydro blaster service and it cleared the cleanup. Found a more serious problem in the basement! At this time, we are on hold until they have a crew to dig up old cast iron pipe on outside of house.
Rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Owner failed to correctly take down payment information which resulted in the assistant harassing me for a correct form of payment. I was in the middle of a medical surgery and the assistant ***** knew and still continued to harass and blow my phone up in the middle of my procedure which is just a disgusting action in my opinion. When my husband went to go make payment, they all decided they were going to leave three hours early which resulted in us not being able to make the payment.I g... read more
