Terrible service. Had a tub leaking an outside faucet leaking. A young kid they sent worked to replace parts on both for 4 hours. Charged me $1600!! Both are still leaking!! Called them to complain. No resolution…

Mr. Plumber showed up the same day and on a Saturday! Price very very reasonable and job finished and all working fast! Another plumber a month earlier charged over $700 for this same job and this one was $200 !
Great company to work with, all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and professional. The work was done in a very timely manner and the staff kept me informed as to what was going on.

We have used Mr. Rooter since we moved back to Amarillo in 2009 and have always had a pleasure experience. We have had them out to replace a kitchen facet and 2 outside faucets as well as flushing our tankless hot water heater. They have always went above and beyond on our service. We know what the charge will be before any work is done.

Mr. Rooter is a great plumbing company. I have used them several times and have been treated with courtesy and respect each time. They were concerned about my problem, showed up on time or early, explained the solution answering my questions, and fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend the for sure.

When my husband & I first moved to Amarillo from out of state we kept experiencing our plumbing backing up. A technician came out & ran a camera down the line & discovered a collapsed & nearly flattened line. We'd only been living in town about a month & a half. We didn't have family or friends to help out & allow us to shower at their home as a shower or bath at our home resulted in water backing up everywhere. i would recommend Mr. Rooter for all plumbing problems. We have used them for seven years and every time has been a good experience. I always appreciate their quick service and follow up phone calls.
