It is unfortunate that we were unable to make this customer happy. We offered several solutions but were told they did not want us back on the property. The customer appears to have not understood the inclusions/exclusions part of their contract that was signed upfront. Irregardless, we wanted to do whatever it took to make them happy but were not allowed the chance.
