Thanks to Bob and the guys at Mr. Rooter, far and away the best and most honest plumbing company around!!! Jason and Brian were great !!! They came quickly to fix a problem at my 85 year old parents house that could have turned into a major disaster. They did a awesome job for a very reasonable price!! They were very polite and courteous to my parents who are having a hard time understanding things. I recommend Mr Rooter to everyone who has Plumbing need. Thank again!!!!!

We were Very Happy with the fast response from Mr. Rooter, since our problem started on a Saturday. They came quickly, and worked through the weekend, including Sunday. Returning on Monday, and finishing up on Tues. It was a Big job ! ALL this time, we were treated with kindness and answers to each of our questions and concerns. Have called three times to discuss the problems with the service performed. Each time I am told a person named Brain or Kurt will call. As of today no one has called me back, it has been over 10 days.

Not sure of Matt's last name but his ID is Pitts 575. He did a great job. Came out, explained what was happening, quickly got to work and was out of here, successfully, within 30 minutes. Thanks Matt!!!

My sewer line broke called this company and they were great until they got my money over 6 grand dug the hole in my front told me it would be fixed within within 3 days TOOK 9 days and when I called them I was told that they had an emergency and I had to wait WHAT only one crew working for this company? DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY BIG JOBS!!!!!!!

I called because of a bathroom clog (sink & tub) that I could not clear, It ended up costing me a little more than I had anticipated, but Jack had to cut the line to gain access to clear it. He then sleeved in a rubber stent that I can use to clear any future clogs. I also had him replace a bad tub spout.
