Worst company. Biggest rip off artist in the business.
RecommendedWe waited all day for a tech to come out to fix our clog. Luckily someone was around to wait all day. So the urgency does not seem to be important (we also understand that there are more people they need to take care of). My review is actually for the young man by the name Dylan who was friendly, respectful and very informative. He was more than happy to be in our home and to help our situation. It was nice that he didn’t treat us as another call to go on. Thank you again Dylan.
Not only do they charge an exorbitant amount for the poor quality work they do, they never finish the job! I had to watch them constantly to make sure they weren’t cutting corners - after I caught them saying they had replaced pipe that they clearly didn’t replace.
Hands down worst company I've dealt with. Asked for a 430 apt on a Saturday. They didn't call me till almost 8pm that day saying I'm not going to make it! Well duh then was told I will be there at 430 Sunday. Well 430 came Sunday. No call or anything so I call and cancel they are are like fine. Horrible customer service!
IF I could give zero stars I would this place is a joke they schedule appointments they don’t make and they don’t call until 8 at night to say they can’t make it and if you call them to see what is going on they say they don’t have any technicians available and they will be out when they get free which is clearly never!!! Well am glad you guys are plumbers because you don't know how to do cement work did a horrible job at my wife's mother's house and then didn't clean up the mess they made. After charging people 10,000 for work I would be a little pissed if you clowns did that to my house.
