Well, where do I begin ? Had Mr " Ass" Rooter come out to check a clogged sewer drain approximately 2 weeks ago. They ran a snake down the toilet drain n did an x-ray on the line and said that it was a collapsed terracotta line. Gave me an estimate of 3,650$. Said he could start right away. I then called Ray Evans plumbing in Beaver Falls to get a second opinion. He came out and ran the snake down the line, unclogged the line n charged me 150 bucks. We have used Mt Rooter in the past successfully. A few weeks ago we had a clogged kitchen drain and I called a competitor because I had a good coupon. What a mistake! The competitor charged me $65 and left the drain more clogged then when I called. The competitor also wanted to start cutting out pipes in the basement at a high cost. Needed to have a drain line and trap replaced. Matt gave me an estimate a few weeks ago. I called to get on the schedule, and he was here today. He did a great job, was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I am pleased so far , the job is not done at this moment. I am having the whole sewer system replaced. I tried the 25 foot snake but to no avail. I was thinking of getting an electric snake but instead called Mr. Rooter. It was recommended by my father in law who used Mr. Rooter not long ago. To make a long story short , we need a whole new sewer system. Everyone that we have dealt with so far have been very nice and accommodating. I have been using Mr Rooter for 20 years. I have never had to wait. Kenny, MY plumber this time,came at 9:00 on a Sunday night assessed the problem, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate, charged me nothing, and returned the next day to replace the pump! He even removed all the old pumps that my husband would never throw out! (????) I have not used anyone else in 20 years....and I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

I was very pleased with my techion, Jack he was very nice and explained my problem to me in terms I could understand. Was so happy I called Mr, Rooter for help and the came very shortly after I called. They have a wonerful employee in Jack and I hope they treat him well. Merry Christmas and a Happgy New Year and I hope Not to see you in the new year, lol

Matt P. From Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to our rescue last night when our basement powder room clogged. He was very polite and did a great job in resolving our problem. Thank you Matt.

I tried calling local people for my drain problem and got no reply to either. I went to the phone book and happened to turn right to Mr. Rooter. All I saw was quick response and within an hour after I called they were here. They found the problem and by that evening I had a temporary fix. The next day( which was Friday) they were here to replace some pipe. Monday afternoon they were back to cement the hole in the basement floor. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

My house drain backed up on a Saturday morning. Mr rooter was the only company that answered the phone. They had a crew out that afternoon and told me the Terra cotta Pipe's were destroyed by tree roots . They dug my basement up , replaced pipes and dug down next to the foundation. They were very efficient courteous and clean. They finished the job in about a week, except they had to come back in a month to cut the vent pipe and clean out pipe . Cost me 7000.
