Beware of these scam artists. Tried to tell me I needed my whole outside P trap dug up and replaced for $6,200! When all it needed was snaked out for $150!! Very convincing though
Screwed my daughter over while I was out of town. Charged $270 to replace a sump pump, which took the technician all of 20 minutes to do. Had to make 5 phone calls over a 5 day period to get a manager call back. Avoid at all costs!
We are very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Rooter. We needed our old terra cota lines replaced. Had to jack hammer across garage into laundry room and then into the basement bathroom. Extensive work. The work was completed today, and our 2 workers Frank and Tim, cleaned up the mess. I can't praise these workers enough. Thank you again Frank and Tim.
Have given us the run around since Monday it's now 3 days later tomorrow is Thanksgiving we all know they aren't coming then. Just tell people you can't come so they can find someone else. Will never call again. Should have a zero for rating.
The worst!!!! We gave them every opportunity to address our complaints and they didn't. I can count the times I called with no response for two months. They did horrible work. They are liars. They make promises and "give you their word". Oh and then they no long work there and we are left with a ruined home. Do not use me rooter or Pittsburgh.
Paid mr. rooter plumbing damn near 400$ to fix my water valve for my outside hose cuz it was leaking I dunno what they did but almost 2 weeks Later it's pouring water now! I called them and they were supposed to be here at 2 the. I called at 8 they still never showed and they never gave me my 50$ coupon discount they are theirs I'll NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN and I'll be damn sure EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THem!!!!!
Started off to what I thought was going to be great service, totally horrible experience !!!! Had a sewage issue, with a shifted trap, lied and told me they could not leave property till it was fixed, did not follow up on return phone calls, or meetings, did not do what stated would do, did not send warranty, like stated, did not fix things like stated and no one... NO ONE returns your phone calls.. even when the receptionists states she is including the owner on the next email !!!!
I would recommend this team to anyone with clogged sewer problems they are very professional and curtious and will advise you every step of the way.
Horrible experience. They make up their own pricing with no breakdown of charges or what you're actually paying for. I've asked a manager to call me regarding my recent service with no calls back. Would not recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.
