Wes did s wonderful job an the bathroom looked like nothing had ever gone wrong. Our new ADA toilet is exactly what we needed.
Wes was outstanding. He had a plan right from the get go to resolve the shower issue & explained everything he was doing during the process of the repair. Wes went above & beyond what was expected of the actual service call by inspecting the water heater & other pipes to ensure everything was ok. Wes recommended some things that will need to be taken care of in the future. I'm positive when the time & funds permit it we will be calling Mr. Rooter to schedule these repairs. Mr.Rooter replaced my hot water heater with a top quality water heater at a much more than fair price (contacted other plumbing services). Keith Herzog couldn't have been more kind and patient answering my many questions. Very few plumbers would go that extra mile.
