We had this company out to fix a backed up kitchen sink. The two things he tired, new garbage disposal and hydro cleaning the lines, didnt fix the problem. He can back with a help and they removed the ceiling from where the lines come in. They said it would require much more work and at a much higher charge than was quoted. The sewage line from my house backed up and I called Mr. ****** to come unclog it. They did a fine job of clearing the pipes so we could use our plumbing again. The plumber from Mr. ****** had also threaded a camera on a ********** the pipes. He did not show me images in the camera or printed images but e planned Thant the old piles were pressed down - in bad condition and needing replacement. They could do this for &****, he said. Joe B***** and Ken were great from the minute they arrived they checked out my problem and told me what I needed done and cost. Ken repaired both my tub faucets and stopped the leak. I needed to call them back the next day because the main tub faucet still was dripping. Ken and Joe returned the next morning and repaired the problem. I am so glad that I used Mr. Rooter. Will use them again and will gladly recommend them. Thank you Joe and Ken
