Mr Paul Ploussard was our technician. We had an emergency toilet overflow. He arrived within an hour of our call for help. He was very professional and knowledgable. He explained everything about our plumbing problems and what his recommendations would cost. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We will be using Mr Rooter exclusively for all our plumbing needs and we will refer Mr Ploussard and Mr Rooter to all our friends!!!!
