I would never ever use these guys, the charged over 700 to unclog a drain, problem is, they did not clear it, in fact another plumber came out video taped the roots in the drain… then I asked for a called back to stand by their service and off course no response….I fully intend to get my money back
Luke was very polite, very professional and very knowledgeable. He did exactly what he said he would do and finished in a timely manner. The best part is that he came out on a SUNDAY to fix our outdoor spigot that had a fast leak. The price was fairly reasonable too and he didn't tack on any repairs I didn't need. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Clearwater (Luke) and will refer them/him to all my friends and neighbors.
Heath was great! Professional. Smart (figuring out the source our drain problem wasn't easy -- I don't think an "average" plumber could have done it). Friendly. I couldn't have been happier.
Brandon and Gabe completed outstanding work over two days efficiently and responsibly. They recognized the importance of completing the work and went out of their way to do so. They both have engaging personalities. I highly recommend these two workers.
Mr rooter from Holyoke came and diagnosed the problem with our toilet. Alessandro was quick to find the issue. After discussing the toilet replacement he left to get the new toilet. He did a great job removing and replacing the toilet. He was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I think the entire job took him about and hour and a half the most. He is a great asset to this company
Mr. Rooter installed a hot water heater and within hours of the installation, the homeowner noticed a large hole in the wall behind the hot water heater (a picture was taken to document the damage). The homeowner called Mr. Rooter's office and informed Mr. Rooter's office of the damage and Mr. Rooter's office said the plumber will return. When the plumber returned later that evening, he denied having seen the hole in the wall but was prepared to plaster the hole which he did. I just want to thank Rob for job well done! He was extremely professional--making sure the customer was well taking care of. I will in the future contact Mr. Rooter for future plumbing needs.
What started out a a $375. Dollar repair turned into a $15,000 dollar repair. Yes you read that right $15,000 dollars. I was stupid enough to sign the contract and the work preformed consisted of replacing approximately 50 feet of pvc sewer line and a clean out and took a day and a half. Please don’t make the same stupid costly mistake I did. This should have been a max job of $3,000 dollars. I will be paying for years to pay off my credit cards. I was so stupid to hire this company. I am mad at myself.
Excellent service every time ..Mr Johnny always explained what he was doing in great detail, and even installed a new toilet in my home about 3 years ago..Looking forward to using Mr.Rooter again in the near future once more.....
