Mr. Rooter installed a hot water heater and within hours of the installation, the homeowner noticed a large hole in the wall behind the hot water heater (a picture was taken to document the damage). What started out a a $375. Dollar repair turned into a $15,000 dollar repair. Yes you read that right $15,000 dollars. I was stupid enough to sign the contract and the work preformed consisted of replacing approximately 50 feet of pvc sewer line and a clean out and took a day and a half. Please don’t make the same stupid costly mistake I did. This should have been a max job of $3,000 dollars. I will be paying for years to pay off my credit cards. I was so stupid to hire this company. I am mad at myself.

Excellent service every time ..Mr Johnny always explained what he was doing in great detail, and even installed a new toilet in my home about 3 years ago..Looking forward to using Mr.Rooter again in the near future once more.....

I called Mr. Rooter on their 855 line and was stood up no one ever showed up to fix my well pump . We are still without water since the February 15, 2021 Storm No Courtesy call No Service , after trying several attempts . I finally gave up and searched online after searching and calling around for local parts . I finally found them and hope to be able to fix my well pump between my wife and I . I will never call them again

NOT ONLY NO...BUT HELLL NO!! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NO STARS I WOULD USE IT! LONG STORY SHORT MY FIANCEE THOUGHT SHE LOST HER ENGAGEMENT RING DOWN THE SHOWER DRAIN AND WENT INTO PANIC, WE HAD JUST GOT ENGAGED A WEEK BEFORE, SHE WAS CRYING AND UPSET SO SHE CALLS THIS COMPANY YESTERDAY AND GETS TAMEKA ON THE PHONE AND STARTS TO EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT SHE THOUGHT JUST HAPPENED AND ASKS IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF GETTING HER RING BACK....WHAT WAS TOMEKA'S RESPONSE?? I called Mr. Rooters for what I thought was a simple slow drain in my tub. I had just had it installed during a remodel. My husband was using liquid plumber weekly to no avail, so we called Mr. Rooters. They came right over and snaked it and found a lot of dirt and grime, so Donnie came here and analyzed it. As it turned out there was a problem with the installation and a hole in the pipe underneath the tub. We love “Jose can you see”!!!! He was just a delight to have install our 2 brand new toilets! He was professional, genuine, took time to teach us and to finish the job to the end. We can’t wait to see you again! And, 5 Stars for Mr Rooter for fixing our problem and adjusting the bill when the first trial didn’t work, thank you-that’s honesty.
