Mr. Holmes Bakehouse is the culmination of dozens of innovative individuals tied together by a love affair with carbs and a disregard for tradition. Much like your younger sister, the parents are still pretending we're going to turn out just fine. We probably will, but until then we're hoping to break the traditional rules of pastry, overturn common practice in company culture, and rethink craft baking as a whole. Passable croissants & good chocolate chip cookies. They tend to put lime & lemon essence on most of their donuts/pastries.This place is highly overrated; not bad but Arsicault is levels above.

Matcha Croissant, cornflake cookie, cheesecake creme brûlée danish cruffins ( half muffins and croissant ) which sells out fast .Abd others !
