Much like your younger sister, the parents are still pretending we're going to turn out just fine. Home of the cruffin! Get here early, and wait in the long line and hope to get a sticker for a cruffin. If not, go to the short line and get other pastries - the donuts here are our SF favorite!
Be prepared for a queue any time of the day. Plain croissant wasn't spectacular. Cranberry pistachio pudding was good. If only they served their pastries warm...

Cruffins start at 9 AM. Line ups start getting decently long around 8:45 AM. Max 2 per customer.
You can smell the baked goods down Larkin St! The churro croissant was amazing!

The line for said cruffins begins assembling early in the morning, as Mr. Holmes only sells a limited number each day. Its other pastries are accessible without enduring the cruffin line.
