Mr. Holmes Bakehouse is the culmination of dozens of innovative individuals tied together by a love affair with carbs and a disregard for tradition. Much like your younger sister, the parents are still pretending we're going to turn out just fine. We probably will, but until then we're hoping to break the traditional rules of pastry, overturn common practice in company culture, and rethink craft baking as a whole. Try to go on a weekday at 7am or as early as possible. Avoid weekends!

Come at 8 to get your cruffins at 9. You can only get 2 per person! The donuts are also excellent.
Donuts make you go nuts!
Cruffins are heavy and messy; be warned! I still prefer their donuts, but would recommend to try them out at least once.
The daily selection of donuts are so good. But looking at the display window, I could have happily for one of everything.
The pastry is perfection here. Go at 8:55am, jump the "cruffin" queue, get the California croissant, a Danish and/or the choux bun.
Partial to the brioche donuts over the cruffins.
