The receptionist, Melissa, was extremely nice and helpful getting the job scheduled and had me send photos of the purchased wood ahead of time so the technician would have everything to install it perfectly. Used Mr. Handyman for the 1st time today having them come out to replace a defective outdoor street lamp style flood light. I can't begin to describe the EXCEPTIONAL and VERY REASONABLY priced service provided by their technician, Mr. Steven Griffith.
