Absolutely terrible. They were supposed to treat and wrap the end of the beams under my deck. It's a second-story deck, and it's 40 ft long. I told them this, I told them it was difficult to reach, and I sent them pictures of the beams and the whole house where the deck is positioned so they could clearly see what was needed. I made the appointment on August 3 for August 24. They came out at the expected time, and the person doing the work said "what needs to be done?" That was my first clue this might not go well. We are so happy with the outcome. Seriously can't believe how good it looks for the price. Amazing!
