On 3/9/18 their repairman came to my home and verified that what I told them was the problem. They charged me $169 for their confirmation. Although their representative told me they would show up to work, no repairs were made. Stating weather conditions, rain, I was told they would be back after the rain. The day that we visited, due to weather conditions, we were not comfortable caulking and painting as you requested. At that time, you provided us with an access code and stated that we could return when the weather was appropriate to apply new caulk and paint. Very good to work with. The owner's name is David and the technician ironically was named Dave. Both were super. Called when on the way....was on time......did the job within the estimated time frame....was personable and made me feel comfortable. The job was double door threshold replacement in the basement and the result looks superb.
