The work was acceptable. However, the fellow would come, do a little, leave, come another day, leave. It took 6 separate visits for a 3 day job. I was lied to about the status of one of the projects. Twice he said he would come or call if he wasn't coming and neither called or came, so there is two more times I had to be at home. I had used Mr Handyman before very successfully, but this was a really bad experience. I will not use them again.

Very professional, friendly company! The customer service was excellent; beginning from my first phone call/contact, and continued the entire project. Richard, my technician arrived on-time, and performed excellent work on the both projects/repairs. He was friendly and professional through out the project, and kept me informed of his progress. I'll definitely use, and recommend Richard, and Mr. Handyman of West Knoxville!
