I had contacted them for a pantry door replacement . Their quote was in a range of a labor price and the actual door cost etc. their handyman did a great job but the bill that I paid was astronomical at $647 with labor alone at $478..!! This was not a complex installation and this job should not have been more than $500 including everything . I have decided not to use them for any future handyman work at my house. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. Pricing was given at time of booking and understood and agreed on by the customer. The actual price for the work was right in the middle of the estimate given for labor and lower than the estimate for material. The customer confirmed we did a great job and the doors did require two coats of paint to get good coverage. The labor included measuring, trip to purchase, installing and painting the door.
Horrible customer service specifically from the owner, listed as *** on the website, was terrible. My elderly mother and I met the owner to issue final payment for services rendered, after being subjected to his tirade over the phone. After inspection of the work, which was not up to par at all, I asked my mother to just pay him the balance due, so we could just move on from him and his company. Upon payment the police arrived. The communicated and kept us informed all the way to when the Repairman arrived. He was professional and polite . Importantly understood our issue and resolved it in speedy and satisfactory manner. It was a great experience all the way.
