I need to share my unfortunate experience with Mr. ********************** so others will pay more attention than I did by asking more questions before approving the work and carefully review the estimate before signing on. I had one patio sliding door that was not opening/closing well after 20 years. The Mr. ********************** technician diagnosed the problem as worn out rollers that need to be replaced. As a business, we had a great deal more invested in this project than what you described. This review also devalues the accumulated experience by our service technician and his efficiency on site. Wonderful service! ****** the best neat, clean, competent worker. Did a great job glazing our bathroom tile and replacing our awnings for the season. ******* - kind - spent much time coordinating schedules - kept great contact to see all went well. The tech did a great job. The office/dispatch communication was worlds class. The tech came to the site had all the parts explained what he was going to do asked me to confirm. He was neat and let the site clean

My tech was ***** who hit all the marks from arriving on time and being pleasant to deal with through completion of all the little nagging stuff that I wanted to have done. I had the best experience using Mr. Handyman of Mooresville, Lake ******, Concord. Great communication and friendly staff. They were able to come fairly quickly to hang a very heavy mirror that needed to be hung professionally and curtain rods installed in my bedroom. They showed up to my house in a clearly marked van and their technician was dressed in uniform too. Being home alone, I felt very safe knowing exactly who was at my front door.
