We called the company May 14th and as of today, June 24 we have not had the project worked on, 6 weeks and 3 days. They answer their company phone, but the response time is lengthy. May 21 a handyman came to our home, checked our home and took photos of the different projects requested. June 5 we received their approval of the proposal. We reviewed the proposal as we had notified the company we would need a few days to review their proposal with the individual project costs. We deleted a few projects and revised one project ... read more

Very professional, personable and knew what he was doing for 3 different projects: hanging a TV, installing a grab bar in bathroom and setting up a dehumidifier and drain in the basement.

Service quality from this company is variable depending on the handyman/woman. Okay for non-specialized repairs/installations but expensive. Customer service okay but expect to get the runaround when dealing with managerial.<br /> <br /> <br />

We sent a refund for labor charges that were agreed upon. The original check did not make it to the homeowner through ***** We sent another refund check with a tracking number and it was received by the homeowner. There was a delay in sending the second check, but it has been received and resolved.

Thank you to everyone that helped us at Mr. Handyman. We needed to have some safety grab bars and railings installed in our house quickly. They were quick to reply, provided me with clear options and explanations to how their services work and quoted a very reasonable price. They got a technician to our house sooner than anyone else was able. Our technician Aaron was helpful, courteous, quick and clean. He offered some suggestions for things we hadn't thought of and went out of his way to handle those additional installation... read more

I need to share my unfortunate experience with Mr. ********************** so others will pay more attention than I did by asking more questions before approving the work and carefully review the estimate before signing on. I had one patio sliding door that was not opening/closing well after 20 years. The Mr. ********************** technician diagnosed the problem as worn out rollers that need to be replaced. He said he would order the parts and return in one week to complete the repair. I paid him $ ****** for the consultati... read more

As a business, we had a great deal more invested in this project than what you described. This review also devalues the accumulated experience by our service technician and his efficiency on site. There was a lot more that took place beyond the hour that he worked on the door. We have never charged $400 per hour and we hope that current inflation rates don't take us to that any time soon.
