Our technician, Stephen, was prompt, skilled, and efficient. We are so pleased to have several "routine maintenance" projects done. He was helpful in making suggestions for a particular problem that we didn't know how to solve, and it works!

As first-time homeowners, it was great to know that the person showing up to work on our house was going to have 15 or more years of experience and know-how, along with the tools that we ourselves do not have. From the moment I reached out to Mr. Handyman, I was in awe at the level of professionalism and transparency with which the company conducts itself. Hourly labor rates and job completion expectancy were discussed right away. It was a relief not to have to pry for such information. We used Mr. Handyman for the first time. The project was caulking a bathroom shower. John who completed the work was top-notch. We would recommend Mr. Handyman to our friends and family. The scheduling staff is super! There were some schedule challenges and they handled them well...and more importantly kept us informed!

I am a Realtor in West Michigan. Anytime one of my clients' needs a repair or project done to their home, I eagerly recommend the Grand Rapids location of Mr. Handyman. Here is but one story of their assistance: Recently I was just about to list a home when a major rain storm flooded their basement. A basement solutions company was willing to install a couple of sump-pumps and wells, but a large built-in cabinet needed to be removed before the wells were installed, and then re-built afterwards.
