You shouldn't take advantage of somebody for a simple plumbing job that could have been fixed but then you say you can not fix it and charge me $199 to tell me you ca not fix it and leave during the Covid - 19 crisis, seems price gouging.

Mr. Bilotta, first off I would like to point out that during this pandemic that we are facing, we have NOT increased our pricing at all! Not even for emergency late night calls! Additionally, you called that your wife was complaining about a leak in the basement and didn't know where it was coming from. Our diagnostic fee to identify the issue and see what we can do is $199.00. That's the service call, diagnostic and hopefully fixing as long as its minor. That is always our price no matter what! The job was to fix/replace a outdoor faucet that was leaking. The job was a replacement. 2 gentlemen did the work, they were efficient, they changed piping under the kitchen sink and replaced the outside faucet. The put down a cover on the indoor floor. I estimate they took an hour to do the job, $300 plus tax, I don't know the cost of the labor and parts. Would recommend.

The guys did an amazing job- we had about 25 recessed LED lights put in which is no easy task, and they nailed it!

This company grossly overbids their work. $400 to install one outlet and $160 to say they were unable to complete the second part of the job. Run from this highly unethical company.
