For the most part I was satisfied with the workers from Mr. electric. However, I provided written instructions from the stove manufacturer on exactly where the connection should be placed. The installer was definitely on a different path initially until I intervened and repeated the manufacturers instructions. The original appointment was canceled by Mr. electric but they rescheduled very quickly and in fact earlier than the original appointment. We definitely appreciated that. I hired Mr. Electric to fix some outlets and solve an issue I had with circuits tripping. Kevin came up a solution that made sense and was affordable. He was personable and very knowledgeable on what I needed to do. I would hire him again.
Mr. Electric helped solve a problem with a GFI outlet in my kitchen. They were prompt, charged a fair price, and were very knowledgeable. I would certainly call them again.
They gave me a call first thing in the morning the next business day (I put in my request on a Sunday night) and were out at the house within a day or two to help with my project. The electrician who showed up was on time, easy to work with, cleaned up when he was done, and did a great job installing several lights for me and troubleshooting a set of lights that weren't working.
Someone did come and take the medal scraps away. Excellent job done.
Arrived promptly,, brought a friend, the two of them completed all work in the morning and were finished by 12:30 that day! Very pleased with the work and both young men were delightful! Would use
I was contacted by their staff and had an appointment within a few days. They quoted a price over the phone for the work to be done based on my description. I think the price was very fair and surprisingly about what I wanted to spend to have my Hunter fan professionally installed. I did describe the job including installing a switch but when the technician arrived there was an additional $50 charge for switch installation.
