Charged an excessive amount for an extra part that was needed. Price was $24 more than what the installer initially mentioned and office manager was not willing to adjust price. project cost $324 for about 75minutes of work.

The technician not only verbally gave you the additional cost, but he wrote it on the work order and had you sign in for the additional scope. I was expecting arrival around 7am. They never responded to my text inquiries regarding the ETA. I did not know until I called. Also, pricing was fair but I would have been more comfortable with a written quote sent to me as soon as the appointment was booked.

Hello, I am so sorry, we did not receive any text inquires on arrival ETA. If you did it through the Home Advisor system it may have gone to them and not us. Unfortunately, when you book the appointment through the system they don't give us the option of giving you pricing for the job right away. We have to look at it first.
