I thought the price a little high, but I havent had to hire this kind of work done before.
I called the company and explained that I had water leaking from the first-floor laundry room into the basement storage room. The company informed me there will be a 45 dollar evaluation fee when they come and if I decide to go with doing the work, the 45 dollar fee will be waived. I said, ok that sounds good. On the day of my appointment, 2 workers showed up. I again explained the problem to them and showed them exactly what the issue was and where the leakage was.
