Apparently my issue wasn't an electrical issue, but the technician came out and assest the issue and let us know some info. And didn't charge for the trip charge. That was such a relief since it wasn't an electrical issue
Arrived on time, professional and pleasant.
My appointment was originally Tuesday; then I got a call on Monday and it was rescheduled to Friday at 11am; at 12:30 pm I was told it would be 1:45 to 2pm. The electrician arrived at 2:45pm. This is bad planning and customer service. The whole work was done in less than 15 minutes for a $149 service fee.
