They were in touch, punctual, kind, courteous, professional, and, most importantly, honest. I needed a simple fix but could have easily been taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

The company was professional but my appointment was bumped back from 11 to 10'o clock without my approval the receptionist said she put me in from 10-12 but I arranged my appointment online and the times were not in ranges. come to find out their 10'o clock had cancelled and I was at work @ that time and the receptionist consistently called after I had already spoke with her 2x's it got to the point where I ignored her calls. Without my permission, the electrician opened my breaker box and took pictures. He never gave me an estimate and told me that there are a lot of things I need to change. He started looking for other projects that he can do for me. He was very intrusive.
