I'd like to change my review of this service. They came back and fixed the job that was started. I was extremely pleased as what started as a nightmare ended with a great solution. Thanks
As of yet, Mr. Electric has not finished the job. The doorbell does not work, and the initial job did have the indoor chime as part of the electrical circuit. They are supposed to come and finish the job today (10/18/2019) but have not yet called to schedule. To not finish the job and then have me wait a week to resolve the issue is the poorest form of customer service I have ever experienced. I am stunned that Home Advisor would recommend them.
