We discussed our electrical project with customer service after submitted a detailed description with Home Advisors. We advised that we had all the electric fixtures already purchased. We reviewed our project, fixtures, our concerns and discussed dates for install. Costs for each install part was discussed with us. install was set up about 2 weeks from date of booking. The actual work that the technician did was PERFECT! He was on time and walked me through it, then we agreed and he started working and didn't stop until it was all done. I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their work! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. I was less satisfied with the process to get them to call me back. It took 2 calls for me to get someone to review my project and give me a quote. Once that happened, though, it was great! Lastly, I DO think they're a little pricey.
