I had an electrical emergency back on 12/4/19. This young man and his employee. Were just terrific and oh so professional. On a scale of 1-5, they were a consistent 5. I'll be bringing them back for more work.

The Mr. Electric representatives honestly reviewed a job that another company did. They suggested that I call the other company back to do the job correctly. That was done and the company fixed their mistakes. Next time, I will hire Mr. Electric to start with.

Customer service was fantastic. All companies should run like theirs. The tech was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and very nice. I did think the price was pretty high however. That is the only negative I have.
