Customer service was excellent. They were running a little late but I received a text letting me know when they would arrive. Great attitude and did a great job.
I called the company and explained that I had water leaking from the first-floor laundry room into the basement storage room. The company informed me there will be a 45 dollar evaluation fee when they come and if I decide to go with doing the work, the 45 dollar fee will be waived. I said, ok that sounds good. On the day of my appointment, 2 workers showed up. I again explained the problem to them and showed them exactly what the issue was and where the leakage was. Kevin and Tom were fantastic. They showed up on time with masks and gloves. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They did excellent work then cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them!
