They were not able to repair the entire driveway lights. They were to return. They did not, I called one week later, and I was told they will get back to me. They did not, not even a call. On the first call the rooftop sensor lights (qty 6) were turned on to operate all the time whereas they were originally set to operate only 5 minutes. They need to be fixed. I decided to use another contractor to replace the wire, install another driveway light and correct the sensor lights. I am being honest as I can.

The two people that came to do the replacement of my kitchen light fixture were courteous and knowledgeable. I will hire this company again.
You shouldn't take advantage of somebody for a simple plumbing job that could have been fixed but then you say you can not fix it and charge me $199 to tell me you ca not fix it and leave during the Covid - 19 crisis, seems price gouging.

Mr. Bilotta, first off I would like to point out that during this pandemic that we are facing, we have NOT increased our pricing at all! Not even for emergency late night calls! Additionally, you called that your wife was complaining about a leak in the basement and didn't know where it was coming from. Our diagnostic fee to identify the issue and see what we can do is $199.00. That's the service call, diagnostic and hopefully fixing as long as its minor. That is always our price no matter what!
