On time ahead of time fast and effective.
The technician, Luis B, gave us a reasonable estimate and executed on it perfectly. His proposed solution for the outlet install worked very well. He was also very personable and considerate of our home (i.e. cleaned up, proper COVID-19 PPE, etc). I would use this company and Luis again for my electrical needs.
Kevin was very professional and helped me work out a few things before installing chandelier. He was great but I will say Mr Electric is expensive. $199 to walk in the door
Overall excellent staff! Iâ m very pleased with the new lighting installation and will definitely contact them in the future. Very professional and upbeat.
Nice and informational guy.
Initially we scheduled them to come in one day, but they bailed on that appointment. We re-scheduled to later in the week, and the electrician showed up on time. He was focused and competent, and he cleaned up after he was done. The work was not cheap, but the price seemed fair.
Very efficient young man. Knew what to do. And was very pleasant and friendly.

The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. He explained everything to me as he went along and was able to give me a quote for a future project. I did think they were a little pricey but other than that it was a pleasant experience.
