I was charged $200 to be told that I d be better off getting a new toilet. All they did was tighten a few screws. I will never use this company or HomeAdvisor for assistance

Before our technicians arrived, our office staff let you know that the diagnostic fee to fix the issue with the toilet and recommended that any toilet over 8-10 years old be replaced. Unfortunately, you opted out and our technicians fixed the problem with your current toilet by adjusting the flange and realigning the toilet so it will stop leaking from the bottom. these guys came out and didnt want to listen or come up with a solution they charged me 300$ to literally have me tell them the issue and then told me what i had to do to fix it because they couldnt. to be specific i called about my tub leaking from somewhere and to get a dishwasher installed.
