Jeremy with Mr. central came out and double checked our system after an annual cleaning three weeks ago to address a concern we had. Jeremy double checked the system and assured us that the system checks out Is functioning as it should. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous.

Had a problem with furnace, called the office, appointment was scheduled the same day, technician called ahead, got here early (which is a plus with me), checked out the unit, informed me as to what was happening and why, problem solved. As always, professional yet friendly and polite. They seem to be able to make a bad situation a lot easier for the customer. Thanks so much. :)

We recently, as the weather began to turn cold, somehow lost the heating part of our HVAC system. Wayland, a very competent professional, identified the problem and repaired our heating system. We have depended on Mr. Central for our HVAC installation and service for fifteen plus years and have never been disappointed.

At our house, my wife and I required a plumbing job no one wants to have: all of the 20+ year old PCV piping in our house had begun to spring leaks under the house in our crawl space. It was a time consuming (2 and 1/2 day) and expensive job, and one which occupied anywhere from 2-5 Mr. Central personnel during all of that time. That's the bad news.
