Brandon and Ty did an excellent job with the removal of our old upstairs HVAC unit and the installation of the replacement unit. Their work was very professional and their customer relations personable and informative. We have been using Mr. Central for a number of years for the regular inspections and servicing of our HAVC units and always have great experiences with all of their "comfort technicians".

Jeremy B. was dispatched to our home to perform Mr. Central's annual service. I was first impressed with his exceptional promptness and it didn't end there. His professional courtesy was top notch as well as his attention to detail. All services were performed to the level of a consummate professional and any possible previous installation discrepancies were corrected with utmost regard to customer satisfaction and company integrity. heat went out over the weekend. called mr central on sunday. diane dispatched a technician ( brandon s. ) to my house right before lunch on monday and he had the problem diagnosed and repaired very shortly. needless to say i was very pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. the office staff as always is also included in any successful repair endeavor. thanks very much to mr central / flush for being a great team.

Had annual inspection done. Everything was great but offered an additional product. The technician, Wayland, explained the service, what it does, any limitations, etc. and let me decide. No high pressure tactics, just the facts, on what the product could do and how it would be serviced in the future. I appreciate facts and truths without leaving out what something will or won't do. And everything was explained in terms the normal lay person can understand. Thanks for everything.

Mr. Peter Butler was very professional and respectful. He solved my HVAC problems, informed me of the problem and what he is doing to solve it, he cleaned the affected area and he came with the proper PPE's. I was very satisfied with his job.

After noticing the wet spot in our ceiling and knowing we had an A/C problem that had to be resolved as soon as possible, Mr. Central was able to arrange a same-day appointment. Brandon - the technician - arrived and was kind, courteousness, very respectful and was happy to answer any questions that we had. Prior to beginning any work, he gave us all of our options and allowed us to decide what was best for us in the situation. Tech Jeremy was awesome! Great job from start to finish. Only issue we had was waiting on the part to come in from their supplier/vendor. That took a week! Think it could have been a little quicker is all. Maybe next time upgrade the delivery service to priority or next day. A week without out AC in 90 plus degree heat not fun. Thankful for Jeremy loan us two small units for bedroom and office though. He gets 5 star rating for sure.
