Mr. Central came to my house in an emergency situation, very grateful as the temps today were in the high 90's. Came fully stocked to address any parts to be fixed or replaced and had us up and running in minimal time. Was very clear about the repairs needed and gave me the options and consequences of different options so that I could make an informed decision based not only repairs but budget. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. Central.

Mr Central installed a new HVAC system for my home. They arrived on time and did a great job. The crew was courteous and and hard working. They went out of the way to address some equipment problems and did not cut corners to try and just complete the job. They removed the faulty air handling unit and replaced it with a new one to insure there would be no future system problems. Brandon from Mr Central performed the annual service on our HVAC. He was right on time for showing up for the service and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to very clearly explain his findings and his recommendations. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Mr. Central and from Brandon.

Jeremy was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and possible solutions concisely and clearly. He did not attempt to pressure me into making any decisions regarding repair and/or replacement. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

Brandon came to our house to investigate what seemed like it might be a serious problem with our emergency electric generator. During it's weekly test period, it had suddenly shut down after a rather loud (explosion-like) sound. Fortunately, it turned out to be a rather minor problem. Brandon explained to us what it was, and he was able to fix it temporarily (by cleaning a clogged filter) pending the availability of an improved replacement part.
