I'd like to thank **** ****** from Mr. Central. I was scheduled for my yearly maintenance check on my heating/air units and **** arrived on the promise time. He was very efficient at his job, he accomplished it in a timely manner. He was very professional and respectful. After completing his work, he alerted me to some minor issues that needed resolving before becoming major issues, very thorough with his work. ***** ****** performed routine annual check and maintenance on the central air system for my mother's house in Aiken, SC. He was very pleasant to deal with and patiently explained details of the humidifying system in response to my questions. ***** also changed the wiring for the humidifier to solve a special issue for this particular house so that the humidifier will run independently of the heating system. ***** has scheduled a return visit to check on the humidifying issue in 2 weeks. I found that I had a leak in my roof. Since I had solar panels I called Mr. Central the installer. They came out, tried to repair the leak but recommended that I keep a watch on it after a good rain. As predicted it continued to leak. Then I called a roofing contractor who came out and determined that the leak had been there a while and a new roof was required.
