First class, all the way. Loved the atmosphere, attention to detail and superior service!
Very disappointing experience. I love Cipriani in NYC, but the food and service here is really off. The cocktail waitress in the lobby was great, but it went downhill afterward for dinner in the restaurant. My client's burger was the worst I had ever seen -- nothing on the plate but a supermarket style bun and a sad slice of tomato and lettuce. We had a hiccup first night but the staff rallied and really turned it around for us. I will be back. Beautiful place with friendly crew and nice views. We will come back.
Awesome classic modern feel. Amazing city views. You have to check out the roof top view... insane!
