Good, but probably won't stay there again I was actually expecting more for the price (around $180 a night). The hotel itself was located on something that resembled an alley. The room was nice and clean and I LOVED the beds, but there wasn't much space at all. The hotel itself isn't bad, but is pretty small. Just a few blocks from Rodeo Dr. though.
This is a very classy, boutique type of a hotel. Not too big so a peaceful place to relax. Pool outside with outside dining if you prefer. They have a cool inside bar and restaurant. They also host comedy nights, worth checking out.
The hotel is really nice - it is close enough to Beverly Hills and all the shops/restaurants that are there, yet they don't charge the crazy high prices that they do close to Rodeo Dr. They also have a very nice restaurant and bar in the first level of the hotel, serving excellent desserts and drinks. The hotel is across the street from a Ralph's shopping center -- very convenient.
Mr. C Beverly Hills What an absolute piss poor experience on all levels. We stayed here for two nights this past weekend and couldn't be more disappointed. On our first day the valve in the shower broke so water was flowing like Niagara Falls and could not be turned off. This created a lot of steam which then set off the (smoke detector) which I am not sure how that works. That was a 120DB going off for five mins straight into our ears. Very nice stay. Creative and eclectic. Nice views from the room. Front desk was terrific, housekeeping friendly and thorough. Valet service was great too!
Just back from Mr C Hotel in Seaport, NY. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spacious and immaculate rooms, extremely comfortable beds and fantastic staff who go over and above to give a wonderful experience. Probably the best hotel for customer service and location we have ever stayed in. From the complimentary drinks on arrival, to the courtesy car service and the birthday bottle of bubbly in our room, we could not have felt more special. The worst service my family and I have ever received staying in a hotel. From the front desk check in, to the valet, to the turn down service, and the the hotel manager who refused to come out of hiding to discuss our issues we had during our stay. This entire hotel is one big facade. It looks pretty from the outside, but everything inside is lacking. There are many great hotels in Beverly Hills, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
