Check in was not smooth at all, the guy at the reception did not know what he was doing. My friends had lots of trouble when they wanted to check out as the hotel withdrew money from their card that was not supposed to be withdrawn and they did the same to me! They took way more than we owe them. Hotel is too noisy in the morning which made it so hard to get some sleep, we kept hearing bumps and thumps that woke us up and lasted almost all day! One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at, I can not fault them on anything. The location was impressive itself, with breathtaking views of Beverly Hills and the Hollywood sign. I felt right at home! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
