This is my second time staying here, everything is impeccable and a few extra surprises just made my night. Just amazing experience.

Currently staying here. Pool bartender closed bar at 6p on Saturday missed out on $150-200 sales easily. Several patrons were directed to restaurant to get service... Staff seems uninterested and not able to anticipate guests needs. Housekeeping is good. Room service dishes still sitting outside room for 2 days. Not impressed at all with service! Decor and location are good. Gym is well equipped. Not staying here again.
Mr C is the place to be when staying in LA! Excellent hotel, amazing service and great staff! Highly recommend this place!
