I definitely recommend Mr Appliance. They were very quick to get me scheduled and when they got here was able to fix my washing machine very quickly. And they worked around my schedule so i didnt have to leave work!
Eric from Mr. Appliance came out today to look at my washer. He was very honest and upfront about the difference between fixing it or replacing it. Honestly is gold. This company is top notch.
I called this morning because my 30-year-old KitchenAid washing machine and her beautiful Tiffany blue agitator stopped working while I was doing laundry in preparation to leave town. Thankfully Mr. Appliance was able to get a guy out within an hour and a half and had the washer fixed within another hour. Very pleased! On a side note; it was raining and the repairman brought his own boot covers so he wouldn't get the carpet dirty. I like companies who consider all the details like that.
Fast, friendly, clean service. From the time I called to the time he left my house was less then an hour!!
